The 16-page document outlines the different views of the three buildings — 10th Avenue, 8th Avenue and Taylor Pavilions — whether looking at them from the north, south, east or west. The proposed room size and what dedicated spaces would exist under the plans is shown in the architectural drawings, as well as the aesthetic of building materials, decking and more.
