Chef BJ may well be the best chef in town, if not the county. His attention to detail in his food is incredible. The ambiance of the Bistro is elegant with the lighting and background music just right. My wife and I have been here several times and we can't wait to come back. The fish specials are unbelievable but don't forget it's a BYO so you must not forget your wine!
