Oh it is so sad. You people are doing exactly what your party wants you to do, fight each other. If you say Obama is a war criminal, then so was Bush, Clinton, Bush Sr and Reagan. You see both parties act pretty much the same. Both lie to you. Both follow their lobbyists requests and not what is best for this country. Both parties are far, far more alike than they are different. Stop following your partisan line and start thinking for yourself. Start electing non-democrat and non-republicans into office to get rid of the two party clown show.

First, I assume you mean Democrats and Republicans, not democrats and republicans. It's easier said than done. The 3rd Party candidates for President have never come close (I think TR was the closest) but may cause one of the major party candidates to lose (e.g. 2000 - Nader and very possibly 1992 Perot). Anderson didn't ruin Reagan's election in 1980 and Buchanan in 2000, well that, and he, was a joke. Just voting for some indie really solves nothing other than making us feel good that we aren't voting for one of the major party candidates. The same goes for congessional and senate races. You would probably be better to start at the local, county and state level where an indie party or candidate might do better.

Leaving politics out of this, the wording of this article is typically sensationalistic! Grabbing a microphone and yelling into it is hardly a physical attack, and is definitely not worthy of a punch. It was very unprofessional of Lavine, and was out of line by the protestor.
