Legally Blind Manasquan Teen Pitches No-Hitter

A Manasquan teen has proven that nothing is impossible with hard work and an indomitable spirit.

Doug Wells, 15, recently pitched a no-hitter for his Manasquan-Brielle Little League team. Even more amazing? He did it despite the fact that he is legally blind.

Wells was recently featured in a segment on NBC's Today Show.

The young pitcher, who was diagnosed with glaucoma as an infant, told Today that his vision is almost entirely blurred when he pitches, though he can see the catcher's glove.
