The 5Rhythms is a moving meditation practice that takes us on a deep journey to our deepest Self. The foundation of the 5Rhythms practice is the “wave” - a journey through the rhythms that move us through our life - flowing, staccato, chaos, lyrical & stillness. This class features clear, guided instruction, an opportunity to explore your inner world, and an invitation to dance into the space of spirit.
Dress to sweat; dance shoes or barefoot.
