Big Blue Waiving Gate Fee Saturday

The Manasquan Big Blue Warrior football team will be hosting Rumson Fair-Haven at Vic Kubu Warrior field on Saturday, Nov. 10, at 1:00 p.m., officials said.

Manasquan High School will be waiving the gate fee for all those attending, according to School Board President Michelle LaSala.

Gate keepers will be collecting monetary contributions from anyone wishing to donate, she said.

"We have been told that the Manasquan community has generously given an abundance of clothing and food," LaSala said.

At this point in time, there is a great need for monetary donations to assist residents directly affected by the storm's devastation, LaSala said.

All cash and checks made out to the "Manasquan Baptist Church" will go directly to Manasquan residents who are facing financial hardship from this tragic event, LaSala said.
