St. Rose Students Receive Virtue Awards

First award ceremony of the year celebrated

On Friday, Nov. 4, students from St. Rose Grammar School were honored during the first Virtue Awards ceremony of the school year.

Two students from each grade, kindergarten through eighth grade, were selected to receive the award, which recognizes students who display extraordinary kindness and caring.

St. Rose Grammar School Principal William Roberts awarded each student a certificate which states: "this student exemplifies a positive and productive attitude and lives the Gospel message.  The student demonstrates the value of Kindness by a Christian response to being a member of the community."
