Energy Efficiency Workshop

NJPIRG's Energy Service Corps is a statewide, student run organization that works on energy issues on college campuses and in surrounding communities (we have a chapter at Monmouth University). Energy Service Corps is hosting a workshop for local residents and organizations of Monmouth County on energy efficiency as part of Alternative Spring Break 2011. At this workshop, we will be discussing the environmental impacts of energy use, how to save energy and money by doing simple things around your home, tax incentives and rebates available to homeowners, and how to be an environmental leader in your community. Attendees are also invited to help us do an energy assessment of the church following the workshop. To register, please see the website link included in this post.
