Women's Only Running Program Starts May 13
Have you wanted to start running but don't know where to begin? Maybe it's been a couple of years since you have laced up your running shoes? Or maybe you haven't run since middle school gym class?
RTC Training has the program for you! This easy to follow women's only program is taught in a relaxed, positive and supportive environment. Over the course of six weeks, participants will learn proper running fundamentals including technique, form and nutrition, all while building up to a 5k. The program will be held for six consecutive Tuesday’s (May 13, 20, 27, June 3, 10, 17) from 9:30 to 10:30 in the Sea Girt/Spring Lake area. This program will be coached by Colleen Prior, USA Track and Field Certified Running Coach. RTC Training is for runners of all ages and abilities to help them reach their running goals. Our goal with every RTC Training Program is to provide a fun, relaxing, and positive running experience for everyone.
