Restaurant Inspection Results for February

Area health departments conducted inspections at various food establishments in Monmouth during February

Health departments in Monmouth County inspected six food establishments in February, including Sumo Hibachi on Route 35 in Wall, which received a conditional satisfactory rating.

A satisfactory rating indicates the business is in compliance state food safety and sanitation requirements. A conditional satisfactory rating indicates the establishment was in violation of one or more requirements and will be subject to an unannounced reinspection. An unsatisfactory rating indicates unsafe or unsanitary conditions requiring the owner to cease operation until the conditions are resolved and a reinspection takes place.
