Governor Christie Coming To Belmar On March 25

Governor Christie will hold a town hall in Belmar on Tuesday, March 25th.

The Governor will be joined by members of his cabinet to discuss the administration’s plan to distribute the second round of federal Sandy recovery funds.

The Christie administration says it encourages people to include family, friends and neighbors in these open public forums with the Governor.

The town hall will be at 11 a.m., with doors opening at 9:30 a.m. The event will be held in the Belmar Borough Municipal Building, Borough Gymnasium at 601 Main Street in Belmar.

Seating is on a first come, first serve basis and open to the public.  No bags of any kind are permitted in the venue and all personal items are subject to search.

Due to safety requirements, law enforcement officers will be in attendance and will wand all attendees.
