A Manasquan man was indicted on burglary charges while a grand jury indicted a second local man on charges stemming from a drug-related arrest, authorities said.
Matthew M. Kacsur, 32, of East Main Street, was indicted on a single count of third degree burglary stemming from an arrest on Aug. 26 on charges he broke into the Acme grocery store on Main Street, according to the indictment.
Joshua J. Buechler, 37, of Manito Road, was indicted on a single count of third degree attempted possession of a controlled dangerous substance stemming from an Aug. 28 arrest near Curtis park, according to the indictment.
