Two Charged with Supplying Alcohol to Minors
Manasquan police arrest Ocean County residents on Riddle Way Beach
Manasquan police earlier this week charged two Ocean County residents with supplying alcohol to minors, authorities said.
Nicholas Thorne, 25, of Bayville, and Scott Kincaid, 28, of Toms River, were arrested Monday on Riddle Way Beach and charged with providing alcohol to underage persons, according to a release from the Manasquan Police Department.
Special Officer Roger Fernandez made the arrests, the release says.

Monday's arrests bring the total of persons charged with supplying minors with alcohol to three since the end of July.
A 43-year-old Hackettstown woman was arrested July 30 on First Avenue.
