Twelve Arrested in Manasquan Recently

Manasquan Police recently made 12 arrests, according to a department release. 

Some of the arrested individuals were from Manasquan, while others were from as far away as Land O' Lakes, Fla., the release says. 

Among the charges filed were simple assault, robbery and drug possession, the release says. 

One unnamed 16-year-old Wall resident was picked up earlier this month on distribution and possession of marijuana, the release says. 

The following individuals were arrested and charged by Manasquan Police between June 6 and June 17: 

-- Gerald Frazee, 63, of Lake Avenue, was arrested June 10 on Lake Avenue and charged with simple assault. Patrolman John Mahoney made the arrest. 

-- Donald Gerraty, 43, of Point Pleasant Beach, was arrested June 12 on Highway 71 and charged with failure to appear. Sgt. Michael Stoia made the arrest. 

-- A 16-year-old Wall resident was arrested June 6 on Broad Street and charged with distribution and possession of marijuana. Det. Adam Pharo made the arrest. 

-- Darren Prevoznak, 19, of Second Avenue, was arrested June 13 at the Manasquan Police Department on a robbery warrant. Sgt. Nicholas Tumminelli made the arrest. 

-- Jonyar Bagheri, 23, of Brielle, was arrested June 16 on First Avenue and charged with obstructing and resisting arrest. Special Officer Mitchell Remig made the arrest. 

-- Sean Gilbert, 23, of Red Bank, was arrested June 16 on First Avenue and charged with theft of services, obstructing and disorderly conduct. Special Officer Michael Terracciano made the arrest. 

-- Jonathin Sanzone, 18, of Parlin, was arrested June 16 on Riverside Drive and charges with possession of marijuana and paraphernalia. Patrolman Thomas Morton made the arrest. 

-- Michael Nicholson, 26, of Land O' Lakes, Fla., was arrested June 16 on Second Avenue and charged with contempt of court. Special Officer Richard Parker made the arret. 

-- Kara Ketcham, 36, of Hoboken, was arrested June 16 on First Avenue and charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. Special Officer Nicolle Farina made the arrest. 

-- Jonathan Wesson, 43, of Stonington, Conn., was arrested June 17 on Main Street and charged with driving while intoxicated. Patrolman Nicholas Norcia made the arrest. 

-- Kamil Wyrzykowski, 26, of Jersey City, was arrested June 17 on First Avenue and charged with disorderly conduct, obstructing and resisting arrest. Special Officer Jesse Waterson made the arrest. 

-- William Ward, 29, of Summit, was arrested June 17 on First Avenue and charged with disorderly conduct. Special Officer James Albanese made the arrest.
