Toms River Man Charged With Trying To Push Cocaine Near Lake Como School

David Sites of Windsor Avenue knowingly possessed - with the intent to distribute - cocaine within 1,000 feet of a charter school, according to court records.

A 43-year-old Toms River man has been charged with trying to push cocaine near a school in Lake Como, according to Monmouth County Courthouse records.

David Sites of Windsor Avenue knowingly possessed - with the intent to distribute - cocaine within 1,000 feet of a charter school, according to court records.

Court recods say Sites allegedly tried to push cocaine within 1,000 feet of the Charter Academy School in Lake Como on Oct. 19, 2012. A warrant was issued and Sites was charged in 2013.

He is scheduled to appear in court on July 15. Bail was set at $40,000
