MPD Arrest Three on Disorderly Conduct

One local, two out-of-towners charged in separate weekend incidents

Manasquan police last weekend in separate incidents arrested three individuals for alleged disorderly conduct, authorities said.

Two charged were from northern New Jersey, while the third was a Brick resident, according to a release from the Manasquan Police Department.

Both north Jersey residents were also charged with resisting arrest, the release says.

The following individuals were arrested last week by borough police:

  • George Chewkanes, 36, of Brick was arrested Aug. 31 on Highway 71 and charged with disorderly conduct. Patrolman Thomas Morton made the arrest.
  • Brian P. Daley, 24, of Morristown, was arrested Sept. 1 on Beachfront and charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.
