A Sea Girt man was jailed Friday when he violated a restraining order in Wall Township, police said.
John C. Kurten, 55, was arrested and charged with violating an order preventing contact with a woman who lives in Wall Township or returning to the scene of domestic violence, according to the arrest warrant.
Kurten was taken to Monmouth County jail, Freehold Township, in lieu of $50,000 bail, the warrant says.
