Point Boro Man Arrested on DWI Charge in Manasquan

Police stopped 24-year-old over the weekend

A Point Pleasant Borough man was arrested last weekend by Manasquan police and charged with driving while intoxicated, authorities said.

Gabriel Gaspar-Hernandez, 24, was stopped Saturday, July 21, on Route 71 in the borough, according to a release from Manasquan police.

Gaspar-Hernandez was arrested on site and subsequently charged with DWI, the release says.

Patrolman Nicholas Norcia made the arrest, the release says.

This was the only DWI arrest reported by Manasquan Police for the week of July 15-22.
