Penn. Man Indicted for Gun Charges in Belmar
Allegedly wielded handgun at two victims last October
A Pennsylvania man last week was indicted by a Superior Court grand jury for pointing a handgun at two individuals in Belmar last fall, documents show.
John Seidl, 30, of Shillindhton, Penn., faces charges of aggravated assault and unlawful use of a weapon stemming from an Oct. 17 arrest in the borough, the indictment says.
Seidl allegedly pointed the gun in the direction of two unnamed victims. It is unclear whether the gun was loaded.

Seidl faces two counts: third-degree aggravated assault by pointing a firearm, and second-degree possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose.
