Members of the Glendola Fire Department battled the fire with the South Wall Fire Department acting as the quick response safety team. The Wall Township First Aid responded, but nobody was transported, according to Nichlos.
The fire was knocked down and placed under control within approximately 20 minutes, said Nichlos.
"We were there for about two hours," he added. The cause of the fire is under investigation, but the fire is believed to have started in the kitchen, according to Nichlos."It's hard to say if the house is habitable," he said. "There was not extensive damage."
