Manasquan Man Indicted for Oxycodone Possession

Faces charges with a Neptune man in Superior Court

A Manasquan man last week was indicted by a Superior Court grand jury for possession of oxycodone, documents show. 

Peter Boyan, 25, of Broad Street, was arrested Dec. 8 in Neptune after allegedly receiving the prescription pain killer from Brian Hruska, 25, of Neptune, the indictment says. 

Both men were indicted May 22 in Freehold.

Boyan and Hruska face third-degree possession of a controlled dangerous substance.

Hruska is also charged with third-degree intent to distribute- and distribution of a controlled dangerous substance.
