Manasquan, Belmar Residents Indicted on Drug, Burglary Charges

Grand jurors hand up indictments in drug cases, burglary spree

Two Manasquan residents and a Belmar resident have been indicted on drug charges by a Monmouth County grand jury.

Daniel M. DiMaio, 22, of 17th Avenue in Belmar was indicted this week on a third degree drug possession charge. He was arrested April 29 in Bradley Beach and charged with possessing heroin, according to court documents.

Daniel J. Wolchesky, of Parker Avenue in Manasquan, was also indicted on a third degree drug possession charge, stemming from an April 6 arrest in Spring Lake heights. Wolchesky is also accused of possessing heroin.

Finally, Glenn Freeman, 30, was indicted on multiple counts of third degree burglary and theft of movable property in an apparent burglary spree around Monmouth County.

According to court documents, Freeman is charged in a May 8, 2013 burglary in Shrewsbury during which he stole jewelry, a May 13, 2013 burglary in Tinton Falls during which he stole jewelry, a May 14, 2013 burglary in Marlboro during which he stole jewelry, a June 7, 2013 attempted burglary in Marlboro, a July 24, 2013 attempted burglary in Tinton Falls and an Aug. 7, 2013 burglary in Colts Neck during which jewelry was taken.
