A 34-year-old Toms River man has been indicted for allegedly sexually assaulting a 12-year-old, according to Monmouth County records.
Nicholas Goldman was indicted for allegedly committing sexual assault on Sept. 10 in Monmouth County, according to the records.
No information was available as to whether this took place anywhere near Manasquan, Belmar or any Monmouth County town.
Goldman was also charged with endangering the welfare of a child since he had "a legal duty or having assumed responsibility for the care of the child," records say.
The records did not specify where the information came from. There also was not information available on possible bail.
