The entire length of Highway 71 through Manasquan will be milled and paved by the state Department of Transportation on Thursday and Friday.
Expect lane closures, partial road closures and detours along the highway. Work will be performed overnight from 8 p.m. until 6 a.m.
Construction noise and fumes from the milling and paving equipment as well as from heavy dump trucks is anticipated, prepare for possible interruptions to sleep and nighttime activities.
