The Monmouth County Prosecutor's Office has released the following information on indictments handed down by the Monmouth County Superior Court involving local residents.

Bradley Beach Man Faces Criminal Sex Charges

A Bradley Beach man is facing numerous charges in relation to an August 2011 incident within the borough.

According to an indictment handed down by the Monmouth County Superior Court and released by the Monmouth County Prosecutor's Office, Jose Guadalupe Contreras-Martinez is facing one charge of aggravated sexual assault, one charge of sexual assault and a third charge of endangering the welfare of a child.

The Nov. 16 indictment alleges that Contreras-Martinez committed an act of sexual penetration upon an un-named victim who was less than 13 years old at the time.

The 49-year-old man is currently awaiting trial.

Manasquan Man Indicted in Neglect Case

A Manasquan resident is facing criminal prosecution after authorities allege that he neglected or abused a child.

An indictment handed down by the Monmouth County Superior Court charges Moises Hernandez with one count of endangering the welfare of a child.

The 51-year-old Taylor Avenue resident was charged in relation to a Sept. 5 incident within the borough. He awaits trial.

Manasquan Man Accused of Pharmacy Break-in

A Manasquan man is facing multiple charges after an Aug. 25 incident in Neptune City.

An indictment handed down by the Monmouth County Superior Court accuses Robert Racz of breaking into the Jersey Shore Pharmacy and removing items.

The 27-year-old Fletcher Avenue resident is charged with one count of criminal mischief for allegedly breaking the door of the pharmacy causing damages of $500 or more. He is also charged with burglary for allegedly entering the then-closed to the public store with the intent to commit an offense.

Racz faces a third count, theft of movable property, for allegedly taking an undisclosed amount of methadone from the pharmacy.
