Homeless Man Jailed For Violating Restraining Order

Man found in violation of an order out of Morris County.

A homeless man was arrested and charged by Belmar police for violating an out-of-county restraining order, police said.

Dale J. Castronovo, 39, was arrested and charged Sept. 20 with violating the restraining order when he was found at a 6th Avenue home – the same property listed on a restraining order out of Morris County, according to the arrest record.

Castronovo was taken to Monmouth County jail, Freehold Township, in lieu of $2,500 bail. He was still listed as an inmate late Wednesday.
