Cops: Man In Belmar Punctures Tires, Sprays Obscenities On Car

A Freehold man was charged in Belmar this past week with damaging a person's tires and spray paining an obscenity on the victim's car, according to Monmouth County Courthouse records.

Randy Coley, 49, allegedly tried to contact the victim with text messages, according to court records.

Coley then damaged property belong to a "K.S." by using a sharp object to puncture the car's passenger side tires and spray painting, according to records.

After the June 11 incident, Coley was lodged in jail on $5,000 bail and was scheduled to appear in court on June 18.
