A 22-year-old Brielle woman was indicted this past week on heroin possession charges, according to Monmouth County Courthouse records.
Julia Martz was indicted Thursday, along with Stanley Byham of Ocean Township, for possessing a controlled dangerous substance in Neptune, according to court records.
The crime allegedly occurred on Oct. 29, 2013. No information on bail was available.
