Bradley Beach Woman Charged With Child Neglect, Assault

Allegedly broke two-year-old's arm while under her care

A Bradley Beach woman made her initial appearance in Superior Court Friday after she was arrested last week for allegedly breaking the arm of a 35-month-old child under her care, documents show.

Nicole D. Davis, 30, of Ocean Park Avenue, faces charges of child endangerment and aggravated assault stemming from an April 25 incident in which the toddler allegedly suffered a spiral arm fracture.

Her bail was set at $75,000 with no 10 percent option, the complaint says.
