Belmar Man Charged With Selling Cocaine

A borough man was arrested and charged with selling cocaine on two separate occasions, police said.

Ryan G. Smith, 23, of 18th Avenue, was arrested and charged Aug. 14 with two counts each of distributing cocaine, possession of cocaine, intent to distribute cocaine, and distributing cocaine within 500 feet of the boardwalk, according to arrest warrants.

The charges stem from incidents on March 22 and March 26, the warrants say.
