A 22-year-old Belmar man was charged in Deal with possessing heroin stamped "Punk You," "Pusher" and "Play Dead," according to Monmouth County Courthouse records.
Daniel Dimaio of 17th Avenue was charged with possessing a controlled dangerous substance on May 22, according to court records.
Dimaio allegedly possessed 19 folded wax-paper envelopes containing heroin with the stamps.
Dimaio is scheduled to appear in court at 9 a.m. on June 4. He was lodged on $5,000 bail.
