Belmar Man Charged in Point Boro Car Accident
Justin Robinson facing assault by auto, reckless driving and more charges
A Belmar man was charged with assault by auto and other charges in connection with a four-car accident in front of 546 in Point Borough, police said Tuesday.
Justin Robinson, 27, also was charged with: driving while his license was suspended (fourth degree crime); assault by auto (fourth degree); reckless driving, revoked license and unlicensed driving on April 17, said Point Borough police Captain Richard Larsen.
Two people were injured in the April 11 accident, but information, such as their names and current conditions, were not available due to state and federal healthcare privacy laws.
