Asbury Man Nets Drug Charges In Manasquan
Possession of large amounts of cocaine and methamphetamine among the charges.
An Asbury Park man was jailed Wednesday following an arrest on drug charges in Manasquan, authorities said.
Barrington A. Stevens, 33, was arrested and charged with one count of possession of methamphetamine and one count of possession of cocaine. Stevens also was charged with one count each of possession with the intent to distribute cocaine and methamphetamine, according to arrest warrants.
Steven also was charged with one count each of possession with the intent to distribute within 500 feet of a park and possession with the intent to distribute within 1,000 feet of a school, according to arrest warrants.

He was taken to Monmouth County jail, Freehold Township, in lieu of $200,000 bail. Stevens was listed as a prisoner Thursday, jail records say.
