Allegedly Driving Without A License In Belmar Can Get You Indicted

Driving with a suspended license can not only get you arrested. You can get indicted, too.

A 35-year-old Long Branch man was indicted this week for allegedly driving with a suspended license in Belmar, according to Monmouth County Courthouse records.

William Garcia was operating a motor vehicle in Belmar on April 22 while his license was allegedly suspended, according to court records.

The offense allegedly took place on April 22, 2013, according to court records. The indictment was handed down on Tuesday.
