Did Belmar Mayor Matt Doherty hire a contractor for his own home that was non-union and who does not have an apprentice program?  This is the same Mayor Matt Doherty that insists that contractors for the Borough of Belmar have an apprentice program?  It all seems well and good to overspend on the taxpayer’s dime.  Read all about it here:  http://blog.commonsenseforbelmar.org/?p=13043
