Seven Men Wanted by Monmouth County Sheriff’s Office

Seven men are on the run from law enforcement, as they were listed on the Monmouth County Sheriff’s Department’s Most Wanted list.
Charges range from probation violation to drug distribution and sexual assault.

The following are on Monmouth County’s Most Wanted list:
Edward Santana, 36, of Perth Amboy is wanted on a charge of first-degree distribution of controlled dangerous substance. His bail was set at $2,000,000. He is 6’0’’, 200 pounds.Mohamed H. Mansour, 35, of Belleville is wanted on a failure to appear for pre-arraignment for first-degree sexual assault. He is 5’10’’, 205 pounds.
Lawrence Dowdell, 31, is wanted on a probation violation charge with $15,000 bail. He is 5’9’’, 170 pounds.
Lamar Carey, 37, is wanted on two counts of violating his probation and failure to appear for pre-arraignment for theft. He is 5’11’’, 200 pounds.
Oscar Escobar, 30, of Red Bank is accused of failing to appear for pre-arraignment for second-degree sexual assault. He is 5’7’’, 150 pounds.
Orestes Martinez, 67, of Asbury Park is accused of failing to appear for arraignment on a sexual assault charge. He is 5’9’’, 200 pounds.
Robert Ellison, 55, of Cliffwood is accused of violating probation on narcotics charges.
