The typed message can also be sent to an email address. If you have an unlisted telephone number, the police department can manually enter your phone number in either of two ways. Sea Girt Library Info
The following summary is provided to help our Sea Girt residents understand our library and how it operates and the funding sourceWe have a unique form of Library. Our library is located at The Plaza, Sea Girt, NJ near the NJ transit Railroad track --(732) 449-1099
During the 1960s through late 1988, the Sea Girt Library operated out of Borough Hall’s and Lighthouse, respectively.I n 1989, the Sea Girt train station was completely renovated to house our Boro library thanks to a lavish donation from Ms. Sara Zock. Ms. Zock, both individual and via the Kurr Foundation, along with other generous donors has allowed our library operate over the last 20 years with any direct budget or fiscal support from the tax payers of Sea Girt. Sea Girt has Lynn Kroll as our librarian and she is both progressive but also efficient in the management of this Boro's library. We are also very lucky to dedicated volunteers who have freely offered their assistance—many who have been with the library since we opened. They provide a tremendous service to the library, but they contribute even more so by helping keep our costs down. We are always looking for more volunteers. For over 20 years, the Sea Girt Library has been a valuable asset to residents of our Borough. The library’s quaint, friendly small town atmosphere is an integral component of what draws people to use it.

Final Thoughts
