Point Pleasant Beach Condo Project Opens Its Doors And Receives A Warm Community Embrace

POINT PLEASANT BEACH, NJ, March 13, 2014 – Gloria Nilson & Co. Real Estate’s Bay Head office manager Pete Zanowic recently announced the official opening of the Emporium at the Beach condominiums in Point Pleasant Beach, New Jersey. The Grand Opening ceremony, held on March 2nd, welcomed more than 70 guests including interested buyers, area residents, and Councilman Andy Cortes.

Located on the corner of Bay and Trenton avenues, the 12-unit condominium, formerly known as Antique Emporium, is being developed by Roman Barsky and Vincent Palmieri.

“The shore community of Point Pleasant Beach has greeted the renovation of this landmark property with open arms and open eyes,” noted Zanowic. “When homebuyers see the modern finishes and touches in these condos, they are not asking how much, they’re asking how soon they can move in.”
