Lt. Gov. To Visit Belmar Pizzeria To Continue 'Open for Business' Post-Sandy Economic Recovery

Guadagno making stops in Belmar, Lavallette, Ship Bottom on Wednesday

It's time for a slice in Belmar, nails in Lavallette and longboard trucks in Ship Bottom — three places Lt. Gov. Kim Guadagno is highlighting as part of the "Open for Business" campaign today.

Guadagno and Gov. Chris Christie have been highlighting the economic recovery of New Jersey post-Hurricane Sandy with "Open for Business." The visits showcase local businesses, and how they are indeed open and contributing to the local economy.

Today will bring Guadagno to Federico's Pizza in Belmar, a pizzeria and restaurant on Main Street that features a traditional Italian-American menu but whose walls are lined with historical photos and newspaper clippings from Monmouth County's past. The mainstay pizzeria was one of three businesses chosen for a highlighting visit by the lietenant governor.
