Hurling, Striking On Belmar Beach
The 3,000 year old Irish Sport of Hurling is coming to the Jersey Shore!
Here is a short video of lifting the Sliotar (Ball) & then striking!
Three seconds is all there is, but there is a good bit of skill & technique packed into that time!
