Andrew Kazmierski, fine art photographer from Manalapan, will be displaying his special collection entitled "Winter Scenes" through February. Kazmierski, whose philosophy is to "Display the beauty of the World one Photo at a Time," is a member of the Belmar Arts Council and the Monmouth County Arts Council. http://www.andykazie.com
