Winning Lottery Ticket Sold At Lake Como Store

From New Jersey Lottery:  Five winning Jersey Cash 5 tickets split the $674,305 jackpot making each ticket worth $134,861. The winning tickets were sold in Bergen, Essex, Hudson, Hunterdon and Monmouth Counties for the Sunday, March 16 drawing.

That winning tickets were sold at the following locations::

Bergen County: A&S Convenience Store, 600 Riverside Avenue, Lyndhurst

Essex County: South Orange Supermarket, 1006 South Orange Avenue, Newark

Hudson County: S.R. Newsstand Inc., 420 Central Avenue, Jersey City

Hunterdon County: Carousel Deli, 28 John Ringo Road, Ringoes

Monmouth County: Sunrise Food Market, 1600 Main Street, Lake Como

Executive Director Carole Hedinger said the five winning tickets were the only ones sold for Sunday’s drawing that matched all five numbers drawn. The winning numbers were: 03, 05, 08, 18 and 25.

“We are thrilled that the winning jackpot tickets were sold at the A&S Convenience Store, South Orange Supermarket, S.R. Newsstand Inc, Carousel Deli and Sunrise Food Market,” said Hedinger. “For selling these tickets, the retailers will receive bonus checks for $2,000. Overnight, they have become five more ‘lucky locations’ for the very fortunate lottery winners.”

Hedinger also noted that 9,191 other players won $173,694 in cash prizes in the Sunday drawing. For correctly picking four numbers, 319 players won cash prizes of $322 each, and for correctly matching three numbers, 8,872 players won $8.00 each.
