Four local chefs prepared the ultimate dinner

As part of Jersey Shore Restaurant Week, four local chefs teamed up to create the dream dinner at the Barclay Hotel in Belmar on Monday, April 4.

The $75 price tag included four courses and wine selections.

Chefs Chris Brandl of Brandl in Belmar, Thomas Donohoe of Doris and Ed's in Highlands, Larry Baldwin of David Burke Fromagerie in Rumson and Terry Eleftheriou of Shipwreck Grill in Brielle designed the menu which included braised lamb shank with avocado mousse and grilled pulp with smoked lamb bacon and roasted loin of venison over lobster and potato hash with truffle vinaigrette.
