Large-Scale Fundraiser for Manasquan Rebuilding is a 'Miracle On Main Street'
Saturday event features bands, entertainment, more
Some all-ages fun in the morning will turn into an evening party at the area's bars, all in the name of rebuilding Manasquan.
"Miracle on Main Street" is organized by the folks who put on the post-Sandy fundraiser 10th Avenue Freeze-out. The festivities begin with family fun noon to 2 p.m. at the plaza. There will be Easter themed games, hula hooping, Lulu the clown and prizes/candy for the children.
This will be followed by an opening ceremony at the plaza with live entertainment, the national anthem, some speeches from 2:00-3:00.

"By the end of the ceremony, it is recommended that the adults line up their babysitters and prepare themselves for an afternoon and evening of fun in Manasquan, Brielle, Spring Lake, Sea Girt and Spring Lake Heights," organizers announced, as the fun turns to a bar crawl of sorts through the area.
Each participating bar will have live entertainment, a band or a dj. Free transportation(cab service) will be provided to get you from bar to bar for those you can't walk to.
