Everyone should NOT be treated equally –Relative to Drug Problems

The heroin epidemic in Monmouth & Ocean Counties continues to wreak havoc. Many people addicted to this dangerous drug can have their lives destroyed and the life lives of the people around them if, it doesn’t kill them first. Addiction may lead to criminal activity.
