A 5K race will be held at 10 a.m. May 5 at Mallard Park in Manasquan to benefit the Foodbank of Monmouth and Ocean Counties as well as the Manasquan Long Blue Line.
The event is in honor of Peter Gibbs, a longtime resident of Manasquan.
Registration fee is $20, which includes a T-shirt and mug.
An after party will be held at the Manasquan Beach House.
