Rebuilding belmar Pavillions should not be a priority. The priorities as follows: are notRead Morenecessari ly in any order. 1. fix our streets and stop the flooding we still have standing water after 72 hours at 515 11th ave. 2. fix our sidewalks or participate in helping us fix them . 3. prune our trees 4. replace our original telephone poles and wiring or force jc[&L to do it 5. Publish a compete record of disbursements for all Sandy $$ 6. reveal the impact studies for all new main Street multi family or office buildings. 7. Scrub the sidewalks on main st. The mayor should be embarrassed 8. Ban all commercial plates from parking on our streets after 6PM like all the surrounding towns do. 9. Invoke E verify for all town employees and school children. If taxes do go up it will for only two reasons. Increased city payroll or higher school costs . for the mayor to try and build two new Pavillions while our Belmar proper continues to rust is shameful .Spend it on belmar Mr Mayor

I can only assume that the Belmar resident posting is pristine and so clean and pious that he canRead Morekn ock someone else. I read that article and do not see a link of any kind to what Joy is trying to do. It certainly isn't for any rewards. Maybe lower taxes for us all. I really can't see any employment benefits coming to her from this. And you Belmar Resident when you do get your new water and tax bill when this is over I would like to be there.

The engineering costs on the pavilions to date is $1,035,501.00. Something is terribly wrong withRead Morewh at is happening in Belmar regarding spending residents' money. Over one million dollars just for engineering? From all accounts by professionals in engineering who now have had the opportunity to review the numbers confirmed this amount of money is appalling and inconsistent with industry standards.
