Two DWI Arrests in Manasquan

Borough resident, Pennsylvania man stopped over weekend

Manasquan police arrested two individuals over the weekend on drunken driving charges, authorities said.

Both stops — one of a Manasquan resident, the other a Pennsylvania man — took place Sunday on East Main Street, according to a release from borough police.

Jake Watson, 24, of Henryville, Pa., was arrested Sept. 2 on East Main Street and charged with DWI. Special Officer Breton Brewer made the arrest.

Robert Wright, 33, of Minerva Avenue, also was arrested Sept. 2 on East Main Street and charged with DWI. Patrolman Michael Tischio made the arrest.
