Two Arrested on Drug Charges Last Month

Belmar police charge local, Pennsylvania man in separate incidents

 

Belmar police last month made two drug-related arrests in separate incidents, documents show. 

According to a department release, police arrested a Pennsylvania man and a Spring Lake Heights man on various drug possession charges. 

Christopher Hennigan, 22, of Richboro, Penn., was arrested Sept. 2 at 12th Avenue beach and charged with marijuana possession, the release says. Special Officer Anthony Steneck made the arrest. 

Raymond Vreeland, 28, of Spring Lake Heights, was arrested Sept. 18 in the 400 block of 16th Avenue and charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance. Officer Ryan Nolan made the arrest. 

Belmar police last month made a total of 49 arrests, records show.
