Squan Police Rescue 2 After Tree Comes Through Home
No injuries in Pine Avenue incident
Manasquan police evacuated residents of a Pine Avenue home whose residence was badly damaged by an uprooted tree.
Chief Elliott Correia said two residents of 285 Pine Ave. were rescued by patrolmen just before 4 p.m. after Sandy's winds sent a tree in their side yard crashing through their home.
Neither resident was injured, Correia said. No other information was immediately available.
